Saturday December 20th

Morning all . . . :coffee:

22° and a dusting of snow, or is it really thick frost?

How is the puppy getting the collar off to eat? Daughter had a pair o knees mix that the shelter told her was a small shepherd mix, it had paws the size of my feet, but anyway when she would take it for a walk around the fields in the little town it would eat just about anything, including one day a whole rabbit head, which it regurgitated on the rug when they got home.

I had a hard time with the collar on my pug. They are all head and neck. She would give a little pull on the leash and off it came.
Finally went with a harness.
A sunny 55-78 today.

Good morning. 25 degrees and just enough snow last night to make it look romantically winter. Of course, the romance will only last if a) the wind doen't pick up, and b) I don't have to leave home today.

I don't know if Brodie paws the collar off himself or if it comes off while he and McDuff are wrestling around. The one I got him looks pretty massive on him right now, but he'll grow into it if he doesn't destroy it first. Doesn't seem to bother him. I'm always glad when dogs grow out of the gnawing phase. No doubt I've mentioned that McD tried to eat a rototiller at this age.
Mind the thorns.
