Just into afternoon. Spent all morning recording word pronunciations and locating accent and dialect examples for the three folks doing the audio recording for
Days of Sun and Shadow. These are the same three who did the first book. Mostly they did a beautiful job, but tripped up on some of the local place names. How would you say Natchitoches and Appalachia, boys and girls?
Kind cloudy, kinda blowy, somewhere around 62 degrees, and we are enjoying yet another red flag warning two months before we'd normally see the first one. Already had a couple of substantial fires this season. Gonna be a long season this year.
