:coffee: Morning all . . .

54° and we got two good downpours yesterday evening from the thunderstorm. just hoping no fire activity came from it.

It was such sad news to hear that the North Rim Lodge was lost in the current forest fire around the Grand Canyon. We stayed at the Lodge around 2010, it was like a special secret on that side of the Canyon. Not overrun with tourists from all over the world.

Morning. I'm sitting here watching the sun light up the treetops while the white tail deer graze along the edge of the forest and the puppy whines because I'm not paying enough attention to her. 59 degrees going for a high of 93. High in Casper is supposed to be 72. Sigh. Casper gets rain, stays cool, and it's hot and dry here in the middle of Puget Sound.

Lived in the Port Townsend area for 24 years. No place better , when the sun is shining.
We finally got our monsoon rains. It started around 7PM last night and is still going. Lots of thunder and lightning adding to the effect.
Temps are 78-94 today
