A nice early morning 74 out right now. That will soon change to a high of 108 today.
Eight tourists in Phoenix had to be rescued yesterday. They don't understand the heat factor in the desert. They take a 16oz bottle of water and try to do a 3 hour hike.

Afternoon. Power was out for two or three hours this morning and I'm just wandering home after running errands. 86 degrees and expected to slide a bit higher before it starts to fall.
Tourists don't do enough homework, do they? Here they start off on a hike wearing shorts and a tee shirt, get lost, and wish they'd brought a parka and boots when the temps dip at night.
