Morning all . . .

50° this morning with a slight breeze.

Water heater is in and the leaking sprinkler supply valve has been replaced. Had to keep emptying the catch bucket once a week during the winter while the sprinkler system was shut off, due to a slight leak of the ball valve.

Looks like Margarita is going to be out on a book tour for a bit of time, can't recall the date of her first stop.

Hope the New England (?) trip went well. Sure sounds like it did.

Thanks, The New England trip was a wonderful experience. Fall colors were coming into their best. I want to keep traveling while I still have the energy. I am living this thought;
We come into this world with nothing.
And we leave with only our memories.
So try to pack a big suitcase.
Another 78-98 day

Morning. A very breezy 55 degrees. We're headed for the dog park long the river around 9, and I suspect I'd better take a sweater.

Happy to hear the New England trip was a success. Yep, load that suitcase up.

I leave on Monday morning for a book conference in Denver, then on to events in Kansas and Arkansas. I'm being advertised as "acclaimed author." After all these years of being "obscure scribbler," do you have any idea how absurd and surreal that seems?
