Morning everyone . . . :coffee:

46° at this early time of the morning.

Well I didn't get the message of the library visit until I read up on what was going on yesterday this morning.
I've always been an early riser, with the help of cats, I don't know what sets their get up time for around 5 AM.

Found a new road hazard to be aware of while riding up to Worland yesterday, sugar beet harvest is going on and the trucks will loose one or more beets out of the dump bed of the truck around corners or after hitting a good bump in the road.

Morning. 67 degrees and sunny with a stiff breeze.

Had a nice visit to Thermopolis yesterday. Saw three different old guys on bikes, but couldn't decide if any of them were you. To my surprise, Dairyland was open. It used to be seasonal, but now is open all year except February. Very sad to see Star Plunge sitting quiet. I'll betcha that litigation lasts for years. Talked to the gal who recently opened the quilt shop about teaching embroidery classes there. I keep trying to retire from teaching, but then come up with another intriguing possibility. She's also going to look at my spinning wheel and floor loom and see what she can tell me about them. The spinning wheel is a couple of hundred years old.

Sugar beets. Just wait for the perfume of processing. I suppose if you hit one of the things, you can tell people you got all beet up.

Yeah I have smelled what is coming off the processing plant on the other side of the river from US 20.

I think I got back into Thermop around 3 PM and topped up the tank with alcohol free premium fuel at the Maverik.

I have a Navajo rug that was purchased by my grandparents in the late forties or very early fifties, I don't know where to take it to get it appraised. Except back to someplace in the Navajo Nation.

Good morning. Another routine day of temps of 75-95-ish. Found a small desert tortoise trying to cross the road yesterday. I moved him into the desert on the other side. Maybe looking for the chicken?
