Morning all . . . :coffee:

45° as promised it started raining yester at 6 AM (6:30) yesterday and it sprinkled and came down hard at times most of the day. At one point Round Top had it's plateau shrouded with a wispy cloud cover. Maybe it was having a close encounter?

I am still in the sort of the middle of moving boxes out of a storage here and into the house, some of the stuff has been in storage mode for many many years and has moved many times. Came across about three and a half boxes of early Mother Earth news, before it was sold out. I hate to toss them, but I don't know what to do with them now.

Morning. 39 degrees and still misting rain. We got half an inch last night.

Ah, Mother Earth News. We read our copies to pieces over the years. You could see if the library has a book sale and take them there. If not and you ever come come through Casper, the local Friends of the Library will take them.

Got some packing to do and I'll be ready to go. I need to check the winter gear stored in my car trunk, but the rain makes it kinda hard to spread stuff on the ground. My boots are in there as well as the bag with my parka, snow pants, etc. but it wouldn't hurt to make sure I haven't removed anything and failed to put it back where it belongs. What a trip: 80s in the south and possibility of snow on the way home. It's enough to give a person weather whiplash.
