35° and no rain in the forecast for today
Yes the little two (sometimes four) less traveled US and State routes are better if you have the time to meander and see the old cross country highway sights and towns.
I think it was my ride to PA that I got off the interstate and onto a US highway that was more rural and going through the middle of towns, but the Amish buggy traffic was pretty heavy. But the horses didn't spook when you passed them on the bike.
