Morning all . . . :coffee:

33° according to the NOAA site this morning and my outside thermometer says 34°so must be some variance of about five degrees normally between where I am and where their sensor is located.

Some years ago while "shopping" houses on zillow, we were looking at a place outside of Kingman AZ, it was made of of several small houses on the property, kind of like a old West town, only the main house had A/C and you had to bring your water in from the local well to fill your supply cistern.

Kingman, AZ is a nice town. Good summers and some not so good winters. I picked Tucson because it's a good alternative to Phoenix. We are 2700 ft. above sea level and around 15 degrees cooler that Phoenix, which, IMO, is another Los Angeles but in the desert.
44-74 and sun today.

Morning. Never let it be said that Wyoming weather is not balanced. 45 degrees and steady 45 mph wind on our ridge right now, with more impressive gusts to shiver our timbers occasionally. Cloudy, possible snow this evening.
