Yeah I think some kind of firm bought out Red Lobster some years back and then they played around with some kind of property lease agreement with the person running the property that required some huge rental fee and many of the people running the franchise couldn't pay that and make a profit.

Good morning. Well, all the Christmas prep is done. Planning a simple at home celebration.
I have an appointment with our estate attorney today. It's been years since we had our wills and health powers of attorney documents drawn up.
I feel it's time to reassess everything. Family situations have changed a lot over the years.
Temps today are a sunny 50- 80.

Morning. Overcast, 26 degrees, wind 15 mph. Possible rain. I'll believe it when I see it.

Periodic reassessment is a good Idea. We bought the neighboring lot and I keep intending to call the estate attorney to see about adding it to the will. Ours is pretty simple.
