Morning everyone . . . :coffee:

15° highs in the mid to upper forties predicted.

Here in WY we have to travel to get to somewhere, people grumble about the prices of or the quality of things at the grocery store here on book of face, they don't see the logistics of getting the things we do get at out grocery store, being we are nowhere near any major highways or interstates for cargo trucks. I'm sure at one point in time things came on the train and was picked up at the now closed train depot here in town for the grocery and other stores here in town.

Probably why everything is so expensive in Hawaii. Very windy today 40 mph gusts. A lot of the hold over XMas decorations in our neighborhood are coming down. Temps of 57-74 today.

Morning. 25 degrees and maybe 15 mph wind. Air is warming up, though, so probably most of the white stuff will melt today.

We are on a major north-south interstate highway and things are still stupid expensive here, with the exception of gas which is about as reasonable as it has been in years. That's temporary, of course. My biggest continuing grocery store whine is the ghastly condition of hot peppers arriving in this country. If I actually see good ones, I buy a bunch to process and freeze for green chili. Doesn't happen very dang often.

Iceland was probably the most expensive place I ever visited with the possible exception of London.
