Morning everyone . . . :coffee:

23°and that's about all.

We need to sit down and do our advanced directive thing and then set up a will of some sort, is that what they call a living well?

Living will or family trust. Gives you great peace of mind to know the ones you leave behind know where all the important papers are and how to move forward. I know my wife really appreciates it. Showing final love from the grave.
Another 45-78 sunny day.

Cloudy, 28 degrees, no wind, but 40 mph gusts expected later.

We made our will a couple of years ago. Before that, I had a holograph will, which is legal in Wyoming, but a real live estate attorney is better. In our case, we used the attorney I'd worked down the hall from for eleven years. He's been doing it since he and John Adams graduated from law school before the Revolution, and it was remarkably inexpensive. I need to call him and add the lot we bought this summer to the will.
