24° and maybe up to the low fifties today.

Well I retraced my steps of going to Ingram TX back during the pandemic, and it was Sweetwater TX I stayed one night on that trip. But if the weather holds during the end of April I think I will swing into Nebraska before heading South on US 385, Denver traffic is a real mess and I would rather avoid it.

A kinda overcast day in Tucson. Temps are down to a 79 high. I have been through Nebraska once. saw a sigh stating "Tree- 3 miles"

Morning. Sunny and 40 degrees with respectable wind movement.

Upon legalizing marijuana, Colorado's population exploded. I-25 traffic was always challenging, but now: uff da. 287 was doable until the truckers figured out it was a good way to avoid sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway. In October, I attended a book conference on the east side of Denver before leaving for a book tour in Kansas and Arkansas. Left the hotel between 6 and 6:30 a.m., headed east. Figured most traffic would be headed into Denver. It was still bumper to bumper for miles and miles and miles.
