Morning all . . . :coffee:

22° and teasing us with a prediction of snow later today. The air is currently still and not violently moving about like yesterday.

Maybe there was a slight snow shower up on top of the Beartooth while we were still in the park during a slight rain shower. That really muddied up the bikes on the under construction for repaving packed dirt roads.

Do the javelinas eat the leaves of the prickly pear cactus or just the fruit as it falls? I can't imagine what else they do eat without people about and the landscaping plants in their yards that is barely native to the area without the help of cultivation.

They do eat the prickly pear leaves. When I trim the overgrowth in my yard I throw the leaves over the fence They are gone within a day or two.
It rained last night, maybe half an inch. All rain is good here. High of only 67 today.

Morning. Overcast, 66 degrees (SIXTY SIX), and looks like the wind has worn itself out for the time being. It's moving, but not much.

Javelinas ain't scared of no cactus spines- or much of anything else.
