Morning everyone . . .

37° and maybe 30 % chance later today again, the clouds looked like they wanted to drop some moisture yesterday, but never did.

Got the sprinkler lines turned back on and ran them for ten minutes and watered the flower beds with my bubbler sprinkler thing.

A nice morning of 72 right now, headed for 82. Apparently a skunk took a disliking to something last night. The back yard has quite a fragrance.

Just into afternoon. Spent all morning recording word pronunciations and locating accent and dialect examples for the three folks doing the audio recording for Days of Sun and Shadow. These are the same three who did the first book. Mostly they did a beautiful job, but tripped up on some of the local place names. How would you say Natchitoches and Appalachia, boys and girls?

Kind cloudy, kinda blowy, somewhere around 62 degrees, and we are enjoying yet another red flag warning two months before we'd normally see the first one. Already had a couple of substantial fires this season. Gonna be a long season this year.
