Morning. 49 degrees with a steady 35 mph wind accentuated with impressive gusts that make it feel much colder. Roy just came in to get an extra coat for working outside.

Looks like the private equity firm that bought the company from Robert Redford drove it into the ground. Debts all around. Vendors unpaid. Somewhere I saw an article about private equity firms buying long established businesses (Joann's Fabrics among them) and deliberately wrecking them, but I can't remember why. Hmm. Now I'm all curious and stuff and will have to look for it.
