Yes is kind of hard to find a DVD / Blu ray player anymore. I think the last one I bought was a small Samsung one off line some years back that also could stream streaming channels to the TV before we got a smarter smart TV. I still have a brand new in the box, made in Japan VHS player we bought years ago as a back up. Just more stuff we cling to.
I ordered a small portable CD/DVD player from Amazon. Comes with a built in screen. Good enough to go over what I've been saving from many years ago. Weather is staying in the 80's all this week. They are talking about breaking 100 nest week.
Fifty degrees and raining on Harstine Island. 63 degrees in Natrona County, but is supposed to hit 80 by the weekend- in mid-March. Yep, move along, no climate change to be seen here.
I bought a small dvd player a while back but neither of my computers support it. Do either of y'all know if it might require some sort of download to play? It's not like instructions are included since the manufacturer apparently assumes everyone in the world understands these things intuitively.
I went to the almighty YouTube Wizard. It told me to buy a $30. USB/DVD drive. Then pair it with downloaded VLC Media Player software
to your computer. Other, more complicated ways apparently involve understanding Chinese.
