Funny thing about the roads here in Wyoming. A few years back the city was paving Richards street next to the grocery store, they had the asphalt removed down to dirt, and then when they started paving it, there wasn't any road bed gravel put down. Which I believe won't support the road from buckling and breaking down quicker.
