Saturday November 8th

Morning all . . . :coffee:

21° here and still dark. I think the cat alarm is slowly getting adjusted back to standard time.

Sorry to hear about your daughter, praying she remains well and the child she is carrying goes to full term.
This happened up in Washington? So many things are lax with enforcements any more, easier for the police to do the bare minimum of their jobs anymore in some places, just hope they don't find your daughter at fault for some bizarre reason. And sure hope the other party has insurance.

My brother still has pain from an 8 year old accident, when a texting teenager rear ended him at a stop light.
Gotta watch the road and the other drivers out there. We all knew this back in our riding days.
58-81 today.

Morning. 34 degrees, gentle breeze. Much as hate to use the S Word, we could use some.

Yep, happened up in Olympia. Daughter was sitting still at a stop sign and got broad-sided by someone coming off 101 freeway. Not too worried about her being found at fault. Apparently, cop just had the car towed further off the road so she was going to be able to get her groceries before she went home. Reporting officer arrived at the hospital while we were talking. Her husband came to get her. He is a deputy sheriff and Rosie was a cop, so they speak fluent law enforcement. I hope that helped. Haven't talked to her yet this morning, but bet everyone is sore.
Mind the thorns.
